Yoselin Castro

Senior Interior Designer

B.S. Interior Design, Northern Arizona University
A.A. Interior Design, Phoenix College
Hometown: Phoenix, AZ

As a senior interior designer, Yoselin’s natural curiosity and tenacious leadership abilities shine through in all her work. With high attention to detail and an inquisitive approach to client communication, she is adept at uncovering the client’s vision, bringing forth unexpected creative solutions and maximizing the impact of any design.

Growing up bilingual in a fast-growing city like Phoenix allowed Yoselin to take advantage of the cultural diversity she had at her fingertips. The vibrant community, artistic scenery, and one-of-a-kind landscapes in Arizona inspired her to embrace the way people and places come together. Yoselin believes every space has the potential to be a fulfilling environment based on the inspirations people draw from in their communities regardless of size, location, or budget. Her natural curiosity and planning mindset ultimately encouraged her to follow a creative path that combines two of her favorite things: form and function.

Yoselin has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of project types, including high-end residential, mixed-use office space, hospitality, restaurants, and senior living. By 2019, she stepped into the role of senior interior designer, leading her first major commercial project for MCI, Greenwood Brewing. Yoselin’s exposure to a variety of industry experiences and her involvement as a member of associations such as ASID and IIDA has helped develop her understanding and appreciation of how simple design elements can significantly transform a space. Fascinated with the way interiors have the power to positively impact people's lives, Yoselin is always seeking projects that challenge her creativity and expand upon her knowledge.

Outside of work, Yoselin enjoys visiting local coffee shops, exploring new trails with her dogs Charlotte and Booker, and practicing yoga.
