Her adaptability, determination, and genuine love for relationship building prove to be essential in streamlining the team’s sales and operations efforts as it continues to grow.
Hometown: Taylor, Michigan
Erica comes to MCI with a background in both sales and operations, a great instinct for navigating complex challenges, and a zeal for learning and growing professionally. After being hired on the MCI team in 2021 to assist with administration, she quickly mastered her own role and then began seeking out additional ways to support the team and contribute to its success. After overhauling MCI’s administration procedures, she transformed the MCI operational systems and then went on to tackle our sales process. After learning the business inside and out, Erica now acts as a supportive advocate and liaison, guiding clients through the entire process of working with MCI and providing support to the MCI team.
In her free time, you will find her outside enjoying the simplicity of nature with her sweet Golden Retriever, Kaya, or finding new ways to channel her creativity. As a Michigan Native she is enjoying all the adventures Arizona has to offer, from hiking trails to new restaurants, nothing is off-limits! As for her creative side, she has recently embraced digital art as a new passion, and sometimes you’ll find her coloring in a kid’s coloring book because you're never too old to color outside the lines.
